EPMO Operates on Donations 

The Angels Above Foundation, Inc. is the operating entity of the Estes Park Memorial Observatory. It is an IRS 501c3 corporation. Donations made to the Foundation are 100% tax deductible. All monies donated to the Foundation go to maintenance and improvements to the observatory. No member of the board of directors or the volunteers who operate the observatory receive any monetary compensation.
